MY REFLECTION

          In this last grading, I learned how to use the Photoshop. This is where you can edit pictures using the different tools. I learned how to edit your hair, using the clonestamp tool, you can copy the  picture in any way you want. I also learned how to remove pimples or wrinkles in your face using the healing brush or spot healing brush. you can also make your picture in black and white.

          The only problem that I encountered during this period was on how to use the photoshop. at first, I really don't know how to use it, how to edit pictures in the Adobe Photoshop, but with the help of my classmates, step by step, I am practicing how to use it.

  

          Soon, I will be graduating in high school and I would be proud of myself because I was able to face all the challenges in my high school life.

MY DREAM, MY FUTURE

Everyone has their own dream in life. Whether to become a teacher, doctor, or engineer in the future. As the other people dream about their future, I also have my dream which is to become an accountant someday.

Before, when I was still young, I dreamed to a teacher because of their hard work to teach us and their sacrifice to spend all their time with us teaching not only in that particular subject but also they are teaching us good values and their guidance and support to their students so that we will be in the right way. I also wanted to become a doctor, because of their mission to heal the illed person as much as they can. In the different parts of the country, they are providing free medical check-ups and free medicines for the people who can not afford to buy.

Now that I am already in high school, which means, I can already choose what I really want. I wanted to become an accountant someday. Its because numbers can easily get my attention not only during our math class but also in other situation that involves calculation.

First thing I could do is to focus only my studies, not on having fun or hanging out with my friends everywhere. I will motivate myself to study harder. Be more confident and I will do everything  to achieve my dream, to be an accountant in the future in God’s will.

Nobody is perfect. Everyone always commits mistakes in their life in order to realize what they did was not good for their self or the people around them.

As a student in our school, I experienced lot of struggle or trouble because of what I did was not right. I always commit mistakes, to myself and to all the people around me. In past years in the school, I was not doing my best to make my grades high. I was always lazy in doing my assignments, projects or any paper works given by our teachers, but when the deadline of submission of these paper works comes, I always rushing things just to finish it before the said deadline. I was not excelling in any of my subjects because I know that I can’t be a part of the top ten in our class if I have many classmates that are better than me, but the time goes by, I realize that all the things I thought was wrong, as I enter the room of IV-Rizal, I thought that I really deserved to be in that section ‘cause that wouldn’t be happen if I was not became serious in the school. I changed a lot in many ways, not only for my own good but also to make the people around me be proud of me. 

          Everyone deserves a second chance. It is their opportunity to change their bad side into good side. All the people around you will just support and guide whatever you want to do, but in the end of the day, it not only for my own good but also to make the people around me be proud of me.

KANNAWIDAN FESTIVAL

KANNAWIDAN FESTIVAL

Every place there is always a festival that everyone is celebrating. Kannawidan Festival is one of the most popular festivals here in our province. We celebrate it every year, during the first week of February at the Quirino Stadium, Metro Vigan.

        It is festival wherein the entire province of Ilocos Sur will participate on the different contests that will happen. There different towns of Ilocos Sur will gathered all to present their own products of their town, like in our town in Sta. Catalina, we produced many kinds of vegetables or different crops and many more towns with their products.

        This festival also attracts many tourists to come and visit this very beautiful place. It is also their opportunity to see the real beauty and cultures of the one of the new cities of the world, Vigan.

MY REFLECTION

The third grading period is about to end. But before that, I enjoyed the Christmas vacation, while I’m having the vacation, I have to finish three more requirements, my blog, poem about math and leisure in English.

This chapter, we tackled all about HTML Tags. Everyday, I Iearn so many things about it. How to use this HTML tags and how to make a Web Page.

It’s about using the computer and I know that I am not good in it, so it is my problem in I.C.T. The other subject like math, I can’t understand our lessons because it’s very difficult and it’s hard to solve bigger numbers. My other subjects, no problem anymore.

I can face the challenges that I encountered with the help of my classmates. Whenever I can’t understand our lessons, I’ll just ask my classmates and they will teach me until I can already understand.

Moving on, will focus on my studies to have good grades and do my projects and home works at the right time so that I will not fail so that I will march in our graduation day!!

NEW YEAR, NEW ME

New Year, this is the time wherein most of the people around the whole world like to make promises, to change the other side of them, the bad side from the past years. Making New Year’s resolutions is the easy part, but sticking with them throughout the year can be difficult.

        Many things that I would like to change, from my bad attitudes, to make myself to become better person. First of all, I don’t want to be lazy anymore even when I am in the school or at home. Recently, I noticed that I am only working when someone told me to do something, like in our classroom in our school, I will not help them in cleaning our room if they will not also clean our room. Next, to improve or maintain good grades in school especially those subjects I don’t understand easily like using the computer and about grammar in English or in Filipino, these are my weakness in school and will just focus on it so that I will not fail in my grades to make my parents proud of me. I will also do my home works and projects before the date to be submitted. About money, I will save more money so that if I need it I will have extra money to spend and I will just buy things that I need most. Time is gold, so I will use my time wisely so that I can do anything at the right time. Learning new things in my life is  also one of my goals in this year.

        These are just my simple resolutions this year and I hope that I can fulfill it this coming days and months of the year.

ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

          Christmas, we celebrate it yearly, every 25^th of December. It is a season of gift-giving to one another, family-bonding and many more. This is a special day for us, for we all know that this day was the birth of our savoir, Jesus Christ. Many people around the world are preparing, months before Christmas to feel the essence of it.

          Two or three months before Christmas, we can already feel the essence of Christmas. Everyone is very excited to decorate their houses. Building or making their unique Christmas trees, decorating every part of their houses with different kinds of Christmas decors like Christmas lights, lanterns and more. Many children are carolling from house to house and they are very happy whenever they will be receiving money. And nine days before Christmas, December 16, the simbang gabi will start officially and most of all people will go to church to complete the 9 simbang gabi because we believe that when we can complete it, our wishes will be granted. Many delicious food will be served on the day of Christmas.

           Christmas is the time that we should show our love to everyone and to our love to Jesus for everything He gave to us especially for our families who are always there to inspire us to do something good to our fellow.
